While attacking a guarding enemy, a Break Gauge will be displayed. This gauge is lowered by unleashing attacks with break effects, such as Crush Attacks. When a Break Gauge is fully depleted, a Guard Break will occur, leaving the enemy wide open to attack.

Press {Act_HeavyAttack} to unleash a standard Heavy Attack. While powerful, these attacks not only leave you vulnerable, but also consume a large amount of stamina. The possible number of combo attacks depends on your equipped weapon type.
