Using Consumable Items

Press [ItemBelt_Active_Up] / [ItemBelt_Active_Left] / [ItemBelt_Active_Right] to use the consumable item assigned to each input. Press and hold [ItemBelt_Active_Up] / [ItemBelt_Active_Left] / [ItemBelt_Active_Right] to change the assigned item.
